We grow our vines and climbers in 1 gal., 2 gal. and 3 gal. pots with three natural bamboo stakes for support (ranging from 3'-4' in height). The tops of the stakes are wired together and covered in a rustic clump of sheet moss, forming a tripod. If desired, the moss and wire are easily removed and the stakes spread out to encourage vines to grow onto another structure.
