A tender shrub with upright arching branches growing to a height of 2 - 4 feet in one season. 6 - 8 inch racemes of flowers resembling lilacs but with the petals of each floret gently ruffled. Bright yellow-orange berries appear in fall. Use in mixed containers or garden beds and plant in a sunny location in average soil for best performance.
