Dear Gardening Friends,
We are pleased to offer you our new catalogue for 2010. There are many new and interesting plants added to each of the categories. New plants are noted in the main part of the catalogue with the NEW emblem as well as listed on page 5. We have implemented a new barcode system for our labels; please contact us for more information if you would like to receive the barcode information. There is also a common name index in the back to help locate plants within the catalogue. As always we have selected new plant material with multiple qualities, not just for blooms alone, but also for their ability to add structure, foliage color and interesting textures. We have extended our clay pot topiary offerings and they are available all year long especially around the holidays (call for current availability).
We encourage you to browse our website www.landcraftenvironments.com which is periodically updated throughout the season with new pictures and information; it’s a great tool for accessing images and referencing our plants. We also have an order form posted in Excel format for ease of ordering. Current availability is up dated throughout the season. The website is available to anyone for viewing and gathering information but for pricing and ordering you will need the user name and password which are wholesale and plants20.
2009 was a challenging but successful year for us; we have expanded our plant list to include GREEN ROOF plants that will be available in special grower trays of 15. Please call for varieties and availability. We have also been custom designing hybrid Green Roof projects; check our website for images of our work.
We are hoping 2010 will be a strong season considering the economic environment, we are planning on producing the same quantities as 2009 and to date spring orders are coming in and sales are looking good.
Landcraft’s plants and gardens will be featured in a few magazines and TV shows again this year. Dennis’ 2 books ‘Hot Plants for Cool Climates’ and ‘Extraordinary Leaves’ with noted photographer Stephen Green-Armytage, are both available at a bulk discounted rate directly from the publishers or from us here at the nursery. Amazon and Barns & Noble are also good resources for acquiring the books.
Thank you for your continued patronage, support, and enthusiasm. We look forward to supplying you with beautiful, unusual, quality grown plants.
Dennis, Bill and the staff at Landcraft
